As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ecommerce business, including website management, product listings, inventory management, marketing campaigns, and customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple ecommerce websites, including product uploads, pricing updates, and inventory management.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, conducting regular analysis of key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Woocommerce, E Bay, Amazon.
- Proficient in using ecommerce analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze website performance and customer behavior.
- Experience in managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
